The Moscow Exchange has updated the weights of the crypto exchanges whose data it uses to calculate its foreign digital currency indices. The new parameters take effect on October 20, 2026.
The calculation uses prices from four platforms. Binance carries half the weight (50%), Bybit and OKX get 20% each, and the remaining 10% goes to Bitget.
The breakdown is the same for all six indices: bitcoin, ether, Solana, XRP, TRON and BNB.
| Crypto exchange | Index weight |
|---|---|
| Binance | 50% |
| Bybit | 20% |
| OKX | 20% |
| Bitget | 10% |
